The problem
Most leaders have seen the same ChatGPT demo a dozen times and are still unconvinced, rightly so. Meanwhile the teams that panic and implement end up with tools they do not know how to use, adopted by staff who feel threatened rather than empowered.
My approach
I stopped explaining and started showing: real projects, in your sector, with your constraints. Every sector has a process done manually today that should not be, a document rewritten from scratch every time, a customer touchpoint that is slow or inconsistent. That is where we start, not the grand transformation, but the one thing that is obviously broken. Understand the fundamentals first, automate second.
